About Your Teacher!

Hello, my name is Kailee Light. I am so excited to be teaching Kindergarten and even more excited to be your child's teacher this year!

My love for teaching began my senior year in high school, the year I accepted my first job as a Preschool teacher. This love for shaping the minds of future generations of students led me to begin my time at the University of Central Florida. I am a recent UCF graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education, with my Reading and ESOL Endorsements.

This will be my first year as an Elementary school teacher and as a Harvey Shark! Kindergarten is such an important year. To help your child reach their highest academic potential I hope to work alongside you and your child as one united TEAM.
